Confidential Guides Hotel Marketing Collateral

I created these hotel guest touchpoint items for our hotel partners at Confidentials. The city-specific skylines illustrations were added following feedback from the hotel management who wanted to add more emphasis to their city centre locations. I purchased stock illustrations for the skylines and customised them to add specific features of famous buildings more clearly and to remove small details that would have resulted in messy print artifacts.

Hotel concierge signs

A5 posters with QR codes designed to be installed in plastic sign holders to direct customers directly to guides for local restaurants, bars and attractions.

Concierge NFC cards

I created solid plastic NFC cards for the hotel concierge staff to have a more mobile and personable way of providing guests with access to the hotel's personalised 'Concierge's Choice' guide. In 2025 I created white-labelled versions for hotel partners to include their own logo and manged to find a new print supplier who could provide much higher volume and allowed us to use CMYK prints allowing for a more detailed design.

Bedroom table toppers

These required sourcing print suppliers who could deliver a high-quality, non-standard table topper.

Adding the city skylines to the table topper designs required careful attention to the trim and bleed areas to avoid unsightly artefacts created by variations in the trimming process.
